Cathy Berg Chief Financial Officer CIC Management Cathy has been part of the Chelsea Investment Corporation team since 1996. She has served as Chief Operating Officer, Project Manager and Financial Analyst, and her current capacity is that of Controller of CIC Management. She is responsible for making decisions regarding financial management, recordation, reporting and interpreting financial data, and providing methods of systematic evaluation of business activities. She participates with the business leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and support the long term profitable growth of the Company. Cathy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, has successfully passed the CPA exam, and has over 20 years experience in Commercial, Retail and Multifamily Development and Property Management. |

Jerry Hannon Chief Financial Officer Chelsea Investment Corporation Since receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Jerry has been working with partnerships and corporations largely in the construction and real estate business. His role at CIC is to develop and oversee operational goals and objectives of a financial function, including running day-to-day accounting activities. Jerry appraises operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the Company. |

Jordan Penn Project Manager Chelsea Investment Corporation As Project Manager, Jordan has overall responsibility for turn-key development of CIC’s affordable rental housing projects. The scope of his work includes property acquisition and entitlement, financial structuring, design and construction oversight, and marketing and lease-up. He holds a BA degree in Sociology from UCLA and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. |

Erin Autry Project Manager Chelsea Investment Corporation With a background in finance and real estate development, Erin’s responsibilities range from evaluation of project feasibility to overseeing the entitlement process and obtaining funding sources. Additionally, her scope includes closing on financing and tax credit syndication, coordination of due diligence and construction and lease-up. Erin holds a BA degree from Harvard College in Sociology, a Master of Design in Real Estate from Harvard Graduate School of Design, and a Master of Arts in Preservation Studies from Boston University. |

Millisa Craig Senior Asset Manager CIC Management As liaison between management and site employees, Millisa is responsible for supervising staff and site managers for all Company properties. She assists managers with vacancy and delinquency issues, reporting and expenditure, and reports directly to the CICM Vice President regarding budgets, liabilities, hazards and human resources issues. She works diligently to train site employees, monitor site activities and assist with and improve site operations. Millisa’s experience as a property manager and multi-site manager has earned her numerous awards in the San Diego community. |

Glynda Withers Project Coordinator Chelsea Investment Corporation As a member of the Development Team, Glynda assists Project Managers through various stages of development of affordable, single family and multifamily housing projects. Her scope of work includes working on funding applications, pre-closing and post-closing issues and conversions. Glynda orders title updates, files CIC’s reports with the California Secretary of State, tracks milestones and critical dates, and follows the development process through to conversion. Glynda holds a Bachelor of Science degree from William Woods University, a paralegal certificate, and a real estate license. |
