Chelsea Investment Corporate Land Purchase Criteria
Chelsea Investment Corporation is focused on the development of multi-family housing for low-to moderate-income households and individuals. If specific requirements are met, we will consider the acquisition of land or existing multi-family housing projects suitable for rehabilitation and financial restructuring.
Property in southern or central California, Arizona, and New Mexico will be considered, with priority given to master-planned inclusionary sites, urban infill sites, rural and farm cities, and excess City and County land. Property requirements are as follows: infill land, a minimum of 20,000 sf; suburban land, a minimum of 2 acres; rural land, a minimum of 3 acres; and for existing multifamily, a minimum of 60 units and a cost of no more than $100,000 per unit.
