CIC Management, Inc. (CICM) oversees the operations of the Chelsea portfolio of properties throughout California and New Mexico. As asset manager, CICM ensures the regulatory compliance of its properties, evaluates the financial performance of the properties, and reports to lenders, investors and regulatory agencies. CICM works in conjunction with ConAm Management Corporation who professionally manages and staffs the Chelsea properties.
Director of Asset Management
Adam has 13 years of experience in affordable housing development, most recently as Vice President of Asset Management with Vitus Group. While at Vitus Adam managed the Asset Management department responsible for a nationwide portfolio of 86 LIHTC properties comprising over 8,000 units. During his approximately eight years at Vitus Adam also worked as a Project Manager managing the design and construction of over 30 acquisition-rehabilitation projects financed with a mix of tax-exempt bonds, low income housing tax credits and HUD and USDA RD loan proceeds. Adam is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Washington State Council for Affordable and Rural Housing.
Prior to Vitus Adam was an Asset Manager with Raymond James Tax Credit Funds.
Adam joined Chelsea in 2014 as Director of Asset Management where he oversees the Asset Management department responsible for the performance of the CICM portfolio; including the repositioning of partnerships at the end of their compliance period.
Adam holds a B.S. in business with an emphasis in finance from the University of Florida.
