Construction of Ouchi Courtyards Apartments, an affordable housing building, is approximately 80 percent complete!

These affordable residential units will open up high quality housing options to low income families who couldn't otherwise afford the cost of living in this San Diego neighborhood. In addition, Ouchi is also the second property ever built in San Diego County which set aside units specifically for people with developmental disabilities- the other, Independence Point, was also built by CIC.
